Most technology begins with a capability and searches for a use. We begin with an economic system that already exists — savings groups, trade networks, community organisations — and study how it actually works: the behaviour, the relationships, the friction.
From that understanding we engineer platforms. When a platform is designed around the real shape of a system, the people inside it begin to depend on it. That dependency is what turns a product into infrastructure.
